Our Values

The Trinity Project is a church that reflects the Northwest’s culture of a relaxed atmosphere, genuineness and acceptance, founded on biblical teachings and values.

Children icon

Christ-likeness: We are actively seeking to be like Christ, according to His Word, in our attitude and actions.  This is not a point of arrival, but a constant state of growth
(Philippians 2:1-8).

Outreach icon

Compassion:  Compassion is a shared experience and emotional response to suffering that is often characterized by action.  Just as God first showed compassion to us
(Isaiah 63:7), we are called to be compassionate toward one another as believers (Colossians 3:12-17), and in serving others in need (Zechariah 7:9-10).

Creativity:  God has given each of us unique talents and gifts to serve the church and our world.  We value difference and honor people’s use of their giftedness in service. We are flexible and responsive in order to share the gospel effectively (I Corinthians 9:19-23).

Constructive Relationships icon

Connection: We believe that the church is God’s community.  We intend to build personal relationships within, that we might help one another grow in Christ, in order to build relationships without (Hebrews 10:23-24; Acts 4:1-6).

Honor and Respect icon

Cooperation:  Cooperation is the practice of working with individuals and other organizations toward common goals.  We intend to equip our body and partner with others to reach a broader world for Christ (Ephesians 4:11-16).
